“NEUROGRAPHICA SESSION – FREE* IN-PERSON EVENT FOR FVS MEMBERS – CHILDREN WELCOME!

Neurographica Specialist Dr. Lara Tarocco will show this wonderful drawing technique that helps us relax, de-stress and re-focus the mind.

Invented by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, Neurographica is believed to stimulate neuroplasticity in our brains and promote the formation of new (and better) thinking paths through drawing.

Lara is a direct student of the Psychology of Creativity Institute in Moscow.

Just bring a black felt pen or marker (like a Sharpie), white paper and coloured pencils: anything out of a child’s pencil case will do.
Anyone can draw Neurographica: there is no need to be an artist!
