Pilates Body of Excellence

Pilates Fitness: Tuesdays from 6:55pm – 7:55pm.
Aerobic start with HIT, strength training and mat pilates to finish, to stretch and relax.

Pilates Beginners & Improvers:  Tuesdays from 8pm – 9pm.
Stretch and strengthen the deep core muscles for a better back.
