The Village Centre opened in September 2010 and acts as a meeting place, a community café and a source of information for the local community. Please take a moment to browse this site and see everything that’s already happening on a regular basis, e.g. pilates, toddler groups, dance classes, etc. and what events are coming soon.
Café Rendezvous is open Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm (term-time) and 10am-4pm in school holidays. Saturdays we open 10am-2pm when there is no Big Breakfast. On offer are homemade cakes, sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes and a great atmosphere. There is a children’s play area and Bt Openzone. Come along, alone or with friends, and take a look around – all are welcome.
There is a computer room, rooms to hire and other community services on offer such as employment & Training Advice with ‘Set Yourself Free’
